SELF LEVELING
COMPOUND
Self-Leveling Compound
A high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious screed designed to effortlessly create perfectly flat, smooth, and high-strength subfloors. The ultimate preparation layer for tile, vinyl, carpet, or hardwood installations.
Self-Leveling Compound Overview
Our Premium Self-Leveling Compound (SLU) is a dry-powder blend of advanced cements, carefully graded aggregates, and powerful polymer additives (such as RDP and Superplasticizers). When mixed with water, it transforms into a highly fluid, pourable consistency.
Unlike traditional sand and cement screeds that require heavy manual troweling, this compound flows naturally to seek its own level. It fills low spots, smooths over rough concrete textures, and cures into an exceptionally hard, flat surface that is completely free of cracks or bumps.
It is the critical problem-solver for uneven floors, ensuring that luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), engineered wood, and large-format ceramics sit perfectly flush without hollow spots or joint stress. Suitable for both manual pouring and mechanical pumping for large commercial projects.
- ✔ Eliminates uneven, rough, and damaged concrete subfloors
- ✔ Extremely fluid consistency for effortless self-leveling
- ✔ Rapid curing allows foot traffic in as little as 3 to 4 hours
- ✔ High compressive and flexural strength for heavy foot traffic
- ✔ Can be applied from feather-edge up to 30mm in a single pour
- ✔ Ideal for encapsulating underfloor radiant heating systems

Core Industrial Applications
🏢 Commercial Flooring
Provides the flawless, smooth finish mandatory for thin floor coverings like Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), linoleum, and commercial carpets.
🏠 Residential Overlays
Corrects unlevel living room and basement slabs before installing large-format porcelain tiles or engineered hardwood flooring.
♨️ Underfloor Heating
Flows perfectly around radiant heating tubes or cables, eliminating air pockets to ensure maximum thermal conductivity.
🏭 Industrial Sub-bases
Acts as a heavy-duty, fast-setting leveling course in warehouses and factories before applying protective epoxy or polyurethane coatings.
